Blogging Take 2
So I signed in to my gmail account and discovered that way back in 2004 I tried out this whole Blog thing. I know that blogging has been something that has been going on for a long time. As I looked back over the blogs I wrote when I was on this site previously it actually turns out to be pretty interesting. A lot has changed actually. I still however look at blogging the same way. I have some great blogs out there. I have also come across some that I never have turned to. I myself as you can see have not even been back lately to update my own. I have always enjoyed journal writing and really blogs are just an online form of these in my opinion. I do see value in Blogs in the classroom and hope to get one up and going. So here is to hoping that this time it will all work out.

I have had a similar experience with beginning a blog that didn't seem to go very far. My first post inmy blog refers to this very thing. I began a blog to create parent communication but I have not been successful getting it up an running.
I like the idea that a blog can be equated to a journal. Perhaps if I look at it that way, I can just reflect on my classroom and parents may respond to those reflections... hmmm...

Your blog shows a part of you in such depth. your passion for travel comes through, and I feel that I know you even better now. It's interesting to me that I have never considered following any particular blog, but I am very interested in following yours. I guess it makes sense that I would want to follow the blog of someone I care about. It beats following on Facebook or whatever!
